KYVU Ltd operates this online store at www.kyvu.uk and www.kyvu.de. When these Terms say "KYVU", "we", "us" or "our", this means KYVU Ltd; "you" means the person using our site or buying from us.

By browsing our site, placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. Using our website

You must be old enough to enter a contract (18+ in the UK).
Information you provide (name, address, payment details) must be accurate.
Keep your account details (if you create one) confidential; you are responsible for all activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

2. Our products

We work hard to show our combs as clearly and honestly as possible, but colours and finishes can look different from screen to screen.

Because our products are hand-made or hand-finished, there may be very slight variations in size, pattern or finish between items and compared with the images shown. These small differences are part of the character of handmade products and are not considered faults.

Product details, prices and availability may change from time to time; we may also limit quantities or withdraw items.

Nothing affects your statutory rights for faulty or mis-described goods.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept when we send order confirmation and take payment.
Prices include/exclude VAT as shown; shipping and any duties are extra where applicable.
We may cancel orders (stock issues, pricing errors) and will refund you promptly.

Purchases are for personal use, not resale.

4. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to UK and EU addresses shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to carriers or customs. Risk passes to you once handed to the carrier.

5. Returns

6. Intellectual property

All content (KYVU name, logo, photos, text) belongs to KYVU Ltd or our licensors. Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only; do not copy or distribute without permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use our site for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, malware or to harm others. We may terminate access if rules are broken.

8. Relationship with Shopify

KYVU Ltd is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with KYVU Ltd. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and KYVU Ltd, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with KYVU Ltd.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you.

10. Liability

Nothing limits liability for death, injury from negligence, fraud or matters law cannot exclude. Otherwise, our liability for any order is capped at the price you paid. We are not liable for indirect losses (profit, data etc.).
