At KYVU, the aim is simple: you should feel good about your comb. If something isn’t right, the team is here to help.

Change of mind

• You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it if you change your mind.

• Just email support@kyvu.uk with your order number and a short note, and you’ll be given the return details.

Condition of items

• For hygiene reasons, combs must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

• Until they arrive back, the products remain your responsibility, so please pack them with care.

Return costs

• If you return an item because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

• If the team has made a mistake or the item is faulty, KYVU will put it right and cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be sent to your original payment method, usually within 14 days.

• If you return your whole order, the standard delivery charge is also refunded (any extra paid for express delivery is not).

Your rights

This policy sits alongside, and does not replace, your legal rights as a consumer in the UK and EU, including the 14‑day right to cancel online orders and rights for faulty or mis‑described goods.
